Six Big Ten (B1G) Schools will provide 12 athletes to the Augusta National Women’s Amateur where current and future collegiate players will dual it out at the Home of the Master’s. Of the 12 B1G competitors, eight come from former PAC-10 schools, and four come from USC.

ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference will be well represented this week in the 2025 Augusta National Women’s Amateur, held April 2-5 at Champions Retreat Golf Club and Augusta National Golf Club. Twelve current and future Big Ten student-athletes are among the elite international field of 72 amateurs who will compete over 54 holes of stroke play.
The No. 7 USC Trojans lead the way with four golfers in the field including 2024 ANWA runner-up Bailey Shoemaker, and Jasmine Koo, the world’s No, 2 ranked amateur who finished fourth last year at Augusta. A trio of Big Ten schools currently ranked in the Top-25 will send multiple golfers to the event, with No. 3 Oregon, No. 12 Northwestern and No. 25 UCLA all represented by two student-athletes.

The first 36 holes will be contested over two days on the Island and Bluff nines at Champions Retreat Golf Club in Augusta, Ga., April 2 and 3, 2025. The entire field will then play Augusta National for an official practice round Friday, April 4. The final round will take place at Augusta National on Saturday, April 5 and will feature the competitors who made the cut.
