Linn Grant has had a pinball season where she has went on good runs and also has went on tilt on more than one occasion. She is being chased by Day 2 Co-Leader Grace Kim. More than a dozen players are within seven shots of Grant entering the final day.

Grant has played her best tournament of the season at The ANNIKA. She has had four top-ten finishes this season including a 9th place finish where she took home more than 281K. She has also missed eight cuts in 18 starts. This tournament finds the Swedish beauty with finishing scores of 68-63-65. There are 14 players within 7 shots of the lead including four-time winner Jennifer Kupcho just one stroke back. When you ONLY miss five greens in 54 holes, that is flawless golf.

Jennifer Kupcho
Kupcho got off to a rough start to the 2025 season. Her scoring average of 70.83 kept her from top finishes. Since July, JK has a scoring average of two shots better at 68.83. She had only four tournament rounds of under 70 through July. In her last six starts including the ANNIKA, she has 19. For Kupcho to take home the ANNIKA crown, she will need to improve her putting.

Biggest Cut Casualty
Lilia Vu is a former #1 player who just had a bad tournament. She had a rollercoaster four-birdie, eight-bogey round to card a 74. Three holes did in Vue’s Round Two. The triple on the 18th was the final nail in her coffin.
I Quit

Elizabeth Szokol missed the cut at the ANNIKA by one stroke. Szokol said the 2025 ANNIKA is her final LPGA Tournment. A bogey on 18 kind of summed up her career with only ten top-tens in 129 career starts. The 30-year-old retired with one win (The Dow) doubles tournament. “I’ve had a lot of lingering injuries, and the travel got a bit old for me and just kind of missed being home,” Szokol said. She had 30 starts and got married and will now move on with the next chapter of her life. She initially made her intentions known last summer.
