ROSEMONT, Ill. – Michigan State University senior Brooke Biermann has been named the Big Ten Golfer of the Week for tournaments from October 10-16.

- Was Michigan State’s top finisher in a runner-up team result at the Tar Heel Invitational, hosted at the Finley Golf Course in Chapel Hill, N.C.
- Carded a an even-par 70 in the final round to finish off a 215 (71-74-70) and share 11th place
- Earned Academic All-Big Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar recognition last season
