The Detroit Red Wings Alumni showcases the stars of yesteryear, mixed in with celebrities and plays charity minded organizations that raise plenty of money for charity. Ted Lindsay’s and Joe Kocur’s charities are just two of the well known charities and there are plenty of charities that play the DRWA and raise plenty of money for organizations that help people. DRWA treasurer George Bowman talks about the golf outing and Red Wing/NHL HOFer Dino Ciccarelli catches us up on what he’s up to and the organizations mission. We also speak to Oakland County Sheriff’s deputy Mike Richardson with Eeko the dog on how the DRWA have helped provide Kevlar vests to the working dogs who perform dangerous work.
