The LPGA is NOT fooling around. When the GOAT Annika Sorenstam is the namesake host and goes all-in to promote the event and women’s golf, the players take advantage of the last full field of the LPGA season. Nelly Korda has won this event three times and will most likely be the favorite. Besides the clinics and daily presence among the patrons, Sorenstam will be the face of this tournament. Still, besides the LPGA player commitments (21 of the top 30) there are more to come. Adding social media phenom Kai Trump (Trump’s granddaughter) and cultural phenomenon and LPGA superstar Caitlin Clark, this tournament has grown exponentially over its five-year existence.
