Hendrick Motorsports engines have won 21 poles (seven in the NASCAR Cup Series, 14 in the Xfinity Series) and 25 races (six in Cup, 18 in Xfinity and one in the preseason Clash) in 2025 and have powered teams to 40 points-paying Cup Series victories in the Next Gen era, the most of any organization.

Hendrick Motorsports has led 2,416 laps through 29 events this year, accounting for 32% of all circuits completed in the Cup Series and 462 more than any other team. With 17, the organization leads the series in stage wins. That total is the team’s second most through a season’s first 29 races. Hendrick Motorsports has had at least one driver finish in the top 10 in 28 of 29 races in 2025. The organization is the all-time leader in top-10 finishes at New Hampshire Motor Speedway with 83.

At least one Hendrick Motorsports driver has visited victory lane in the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs Round of 12 in each of the last five seasons. The company’s seven victories in the Round of 12 during the stage-racing era are the most.

JOE GIBBS RACING JGR AT NEW HAMPSHIRE: Joe Gibbs Racing leads all organizations with 14 NASCAR Cup Series wins at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, including the past three trips to the Magic Mile. Overall, JGR has earned 52 top-five finishes, 82 top-10s, 10 pole awards, and 3,790 laps led in 144 combined starts at the track. Christopher Bell, Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, Matt Kenseth, Joey Logano, Tony Stewart and Martin Truex Jr. have all driven JGR entries to victory lane in New Hampshire.ROUND OF 16: Joe Gibbs Racing drivers won all three races of the Round of 16. In addition to the organization’s victories at Darlington Raceway, World Wide Technology Raceway and Bristol Motor Speedway, the team’s four drivers combined to lead 757 of 1,107 laps run during the first round with a different JGR driver leading the most laps in each race.WEEKEND SWEEPS: With Christopher Bell and Aric Almirola winning last weekend’s Cup and Xfinity Series races at Bristol Motor Speedway, they gave Joe Gibbs Racing its 59th weekend sweep. It marked the third time the organization has swept the Cup and Xfinity Series races this season (Phoenix Raceway with Bell and Almirola, and Darlington Raceway with Denny Hamlin and Brandon Jones). This was JGR’s ninth sweep at Bristol Motor Speedway.THIS SEASON: Joe Gibbs Racing drivers have combined to win 11 Cup Series races in 2025, marking the most wins the team has claimed in a season since setting the NASCAR record with 19 victories in 2019. JGR’s 11 wins are tied with Hendrick Motorsports (2022 and 2024) for most in a season since NASCAR’s transition to the Next Gen racecar in 2022.AVERAGE FINISH: Through 29 races this season, Joe Gibbs Racing drivers hold three of the best five average finishing positions among full-time competitors. Christopher Bell leads all drivers with a 12.5-average finishing position with Chase Briscoe tied for second (12.7) and Denny Hamlin fifth (13.8).
DENNY HAMLINNo. 11 Progressive Insurance Toyota Camry XSE HAMLIN AT NEW HAMPSHIRE: Denny Hamlin is a three-time NASCAR Cup Series winner at New Hampshire Motor Speedway after visiting victory lane in July 2007, September 2012, and July 2017. In 31 career starts at the Magic Mile, Hamlin has recorded 11 top-five finishes, 19 top-10s, and 798 laps led. He has finished 10th or better in five of the last six races at New Hampshire. Last year, Hamlin led 43 laps and was scored second prior to a lengthy rain delay. When the race resumed under wet conditions, the No. 11 driver finished 24th.ROUND OF 16 RECAP: Hamlin advanced to the Round of 12 after a strong opening round highlighted by his victory at World Wide Technology Raceway on September 7. He also won a pair of pole awards during the three-race round.SEASON SO FAR: Hamlin leads all Cup Series drivers with five wins this season. He is also tied with Ryan Blaney and Chase Briscoe for the most top-five finishes (12). Additionally, Hamlin is tied for fourth in top-10 results (15) and laps led (642).PLAYOFF HISTORY: This season marks Hamlin’s record 19th playoff appearance. He has qualified for the post-season every year of his career except 2013 when he missed four races because of a back injury. Hamlin has finished inside the top five in points nine times (2006, 2009, 2010, 2014, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023). Since the current elimination format debuted in 2014, he has advanced to the Round of 8 nine times (2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) and qualified for the Championship 4 on four occasions (2014, 2019, 2020, 2021).PROGRESSIVE: Hamlin’s No. 11 Toyota Camry XSE will feature Progressive Insurance as the primary sponsor this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
