Takagi posted her second consecutive top-five finish at the Wolverine Invitational, leading Kent State to a team win over a strong field of 15 teams, including nine power conference schools. She finished in fourth place among the 81 golfers competing, fueled by a second-round 68, her seventh career round in the 60s. Takagi’s tally of 12 birdies at the Wolverine Invitational was tied for the most at the event.
