The USGA brings out the greats and there are none better than the GOAT Jack Nicklaus, and the GOAT for a day Johnny Miller. Miller’s 63 at Oakmont is considered on of the greatest ever for major competition. They day of Miller’s 63, the average player in the field shot 13 strokes higher. Miller had a career much better than that, but he and Nicklaus talked about their USGA careers.
