Jaacob Bowden was a self-admitted ‘average golfer’ when he started something that is common now, but radical just over 20 years-ago. He started using high speed swing training and improved his swing speed by 39 mph in just six months. Within a year, he was in long drive competions and won one event and had serious drives. He topped out at just over 500 yards and took his philosopy to the test and improved countless golferswith an average increase of 10-16mph in one month and speeds greater for many golfers.
