Midland, Mich. — All professional golf tours with four round tournaments consider Saturday, moving day. The Dow Championships did not disappoint anyone. Alison Lee and Lilia Vu went -11 under to take the tournament lead, but had no breathing room as Linn Grant and Maya Stark were part of several teams that could not hold their team scores. . With winds gusting to 35 mph, several teams were looking to make red numbers, but the gusts pushed several teams over par.
Breaking it Down on moving day
Hye-Jin Choi &Hyo Joo Kim
On a day where only three of the top ten finishing teams were under par, Jin Choi and Joo Kim were one under on a day where the pin placements were diabolical on several holes and the wind made the scores go backwards. These two player will have a one shot lead. 69-62-69 -200.

Allison Lee/Lilia Vu
Alison Lee and Lilia Vu go low when it counted. Starting the day at (-7), moving day with three birdies on holes 4-5-6. Adding a 4th birdie on the tenth, they led as many as four teams lurking one stroke behind. The t-shot on 16 proved to be the worst strooke of the day for Vu. She snaphooked it left across the road and out of bounds. The leaders went on to triple bogey the hole. They go from one stroke ahead to two strokes behind. They finish the round in third and one of only three top-ten teams to be under par. They own the 16 and the interview is above on the left.

Gina Kim & Yana Wilson
This duo will go into the final day only one shot behind the leaders. Kim and Wilson had 14 pars on the day. On a day where pars were premium, shooting an even par 70 puts them in a great spot take home the Dow Championship

Team Legally Blond heading the wrong way
Nelly Korda and Olivia Cowan were all smiles after rounds one and two. Round three was brutal for this pair and they put together a round of +6 76 and sit in a7 way tie for 13th. The only question for Sunday is whether Korda will honor her commitment to Cowan and wear all pink on Sunday. My magic eight ball has been shaken and the answer is NO.

The Legend and the Vet
LPGA HOF/World Golf HOFer Juli Inkster has not only broken an LPGA record as the oldest player to make a cut, Angel Yin has teamed up with Inkster to place 20th after 54 holes of this tournament. Inkster and Yin played to the tune of (-3). If they have a birdie brrage oon Sunday. maybee they have a top ten finish in them.
